There is no charge for this basic network assessment. This data is taken into consideration when we compile your quotation. Once a quotation is accepted, a technical manager will conduct a site visit and reassess your network making 100% certain that were are good to go for the installation. There is no charge for this reassessment of your network.

We have a dedicated technical support team that is reachable telephonically Monday to Friday from 8am to 5pm or via our email ticket support 24 / 7 / 365. All remote assistance is at a no charge basis, but should your technical issue not be resolved remotely, a technician may need to be deployed to your premises and a call out fee may be applicable. Your first two call-outs a year are at no charge.

Absolutely! All we need is a copy of your current Telkom / voice providers account and assess what lines and services you will no longer require when porting to us. Only those services that need to remain will be ported to us and billed for. The great thing about VoIP is that you retain your number no matter where you move your premises to.

All devices supplied by Skyvoice come with a full 2 year warranty. If a device fails as a result of a manufacturer’s fault, we will replace it at no charge to you. A loan unit will be supplied in the interim while the device is in for repair or replacement.

E.F.T – Electronic Funds Transfer.

Asset finance – your equipment can be financed through a 3rd party finance house over 36 or 60 months.

In-house finance – with an initial upfront deposit, the balance can be financed in-house over 12 – 24 months.

Rent only – full maintenance rental over 24 months.

Debit order – monthly costs will be debited 7 days after invoice.
